Introducing Android™ 8.0 Oreo™ on Sony’s Android TV
The Android 8.0 Oreo update will be available from 30th January 2019, and we plan to distribute this update in waves. The easiest way of receiving this update is by ensuring that the Automatic software download setting on your TV is turned ON. Your TV should then receive the update automatically, in the coming weeks. Alternatively, you can download the update via USB, once it's available on the European support site. To stay informed, please bookmark your Product page on the support site or download the Support by Sony smartphone app to receive instant notifcations on downloads and other announcements.
This video is applicable for XD70, XD75, XD80, SD80, XD83, ZD9, XE80, XE83, XE85, XE90, XE93, XE94, A1, XF75, XF80, XF83, XF85, XF87, XF90 and AF8 Series.
