Родилась в Бристоле, на юго-западе Англии, Доминик начала танцевать в возрасте 4-х лет и после этого обнаружила свою страсть ко всем исполнительным искусствам, обучалась актерскому мастерству, пению и всем жанрам танцев, чтобы стать как универсальный исполнитель, как это возможно.

В 16 лет Доминик продолжила обучение на 3 года в «Laine Theatre Arts» и до окончания сумела обеспечить себе участие в Вест-Энде в мюзикле «Грязные танцы», где она сыграла альтернативную Бэби Хаусман только в 19 лет.
